6-month minimum rental term applies to all units. A refundable security deposit equal to one month’s rent is required at time of signing. After 6 months, rentals continue on a flexible month-to-month basis. Security deposit is returned upon end of rental in good standing.

  • Replacement Options Available If a repair is not feasible, we will work with you on a replacement unit so your laundry routine is not left stranded.
  • No Surprise Service Costs Maintenance coverage is part of your rental agreement. Normal operating issues do not come with unexpected repair bills.

If your rental unit develops a normal operating issue, we work with you to diagnose the problem and arrange repair or replacement as needed under the rental agreement.

Note: Coverage applies to normal mechanical operation. Damage caused by misuse, improper installation by the customer, or external conditions outside normal use may not be covered under the standard maintenance agreement. Details provided at signing.
